Refund Policy - the basics
1. Cancellation Refunds
- Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or delivery time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a partial refund depending on preparation status and incurred costs.
2. Service Issues or Errors
- If there is an error with your order or an issue with the quality of our food or service, please notify us within 24 hours.
- We will review your concern and determine if a refund, partial refund, or replacement is appropriate.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders and specialty items may not be eligible for full refunds if preparation has already begun.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- We will notify you once your refund has been issued.
